We are Hiring for International Voice Process (Banking Domain) for Mumbai Location Role: Executive/Sr. Executive - Customer Service (International Voice) Domain: Finance & Banking Salary: Upto 7Lpa + Allowances Qualification: Any Graduate or UG Experience: Min 3 Years of Experience in International banking Voice Process. Working Days: 5 Days Working, 2 Rotational Off Working Hours: 9 Hours (Rotational Shifts depending on Business Need) Joining: Immediate As a Customer Service Executive/Senior Executive you will: Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or Calls Respond promptly to customer inquiries Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries Serve customers by providing product and service information; resolving product and service problems through co-ordination with internal and external departments and/or parties Resolve customer complaints through analysis of the problem; providing optimum solutions, expediting correction or adjustment and follow up to ensure resolution. Perform customer verifications Set up new customer accounts Organize workflow to meet customer timeframes Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource Manage customers' accounts Prepare and distribute customer activity reports Maintain customer databases Communicate and coordinate with internal departments Follow up on customer interactions Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
