Working Days: 5 Days Working, 2 Rotational Off Working Hours: 9 Hours (Rotational Shifts depending on Business Need) Joining: Immediate As a Customer Service Executive/Senior Executive you will: Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or Calls Respond promptly to customer inquiries Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries Serve customers by providing product and service information; resolving product and service problems through co-ordination with internal and external departments and/or parties Resolve customer complaints through analysis of the problem; providing optimum solutions, expediting correction or adjustment and follow up to ensure resolution.
