Instructional Designer with e-learning and ILT materials

We are looking for a dynamic leader to spearhead the content development of study material (Self Learning Material) including print, audio and video. This role is responsible for deploying diverse learning methods that empower and encourage students to learn on a continuous basis, transform themselves into world class students and apply their knowledge to the fullest potential. We welcome people from all fields with a keen desire and the ability to enhance learning. Responsibilities: Spearhead the content development for study material (Self Learning Material) including print, audio and video. Design and develop learning content using instructional design strategies in a variety of methods including instructor-led, web-based and virtual training . Work closely with senior staff to help capture learning needs and offer learning solutions within a highly dynamic working environment. Actively interact with the team and the external SME (Subject Matter Expert) to produce good quality SLMs. You will be responsible for leading the planning, analysis, design, development, deployment and evaluation of learning materials. Analyze learning needs, determine project goals, learning objectives, and performance measurements by collaborating with subject matter experts and senior managers. Work with graphic designer/sound designer/animator and software engineers to develop program elements. Ensure that learning solutions incorporate best practices in adult learning theory and instructional design theories. Ensure quality control of instructional design and content. Administer pilots to evaluate and revise training materials. Introduce and innovative approaches in curriculum design. Define content development for e-Workbook comprising PPTrsquos & FAQrsquos. Actively contribute content via blogs, wikis & forums. Making sure that Style-book and SEO guidelines are followed and keeping the Style-Book up-to-date. Lead a team of writers and making sure that there is a continuous improvement in their writing. Minimum Qualifications: Concrete knowledge of Instructional Design theories and practices. Individual must be experienced in the learning industry and should have played the role of an Instructional Designer or corporate trainer. Excellent proofreading and writing skills, attention to detail. Prior experience (4-6 yrs) in developing technical trainings and labs. Multi-tasking skills, organizational ability and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Willingness and initiative to complete all pending works and not sit back until asked for. ,
