Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in one or more programming languages such as Java , C PHP 5.3 or above, JavaScript, AngularJS, NodeJS, JQuery, AJAX and MYSQL Apache Web Server Knowledge of any one RDBMS like Oracle, MS- SQL Server, DB2, but preferably MYSQL Object Oriented Programming concepts & Design Patterns, HTML/ HTML5 Good knowledge of source code version controlling systems such SVN, Clear Case, etc., Good user level operating knowledge of UNIX or LINUX flavoured operating system Familiar with creating & reviewing low level design documents Knowledge of Content Management Systems like Drupal, Joomla, Moodle, WordPress Working knowledge on Open source technologies Non- Technical Skills Product management Good problem solving, analytical & reasoning abilities Good written & oral communication skills Able to work without supervision Energetic & Enthusiastic Responsibilities Manage team of 10- 15 Team includes Technical leads, senior and junior software engineers, Testers Project planning Project monitoring and execution Requirements analysis Own Project delivery Interact with internal stakeholders and other departments Intercat with Business heads Interact with customers Adhere, follow and ensure process & policies Take ownership of product development tasks, design & refactoring ,
